These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of DupWiz software and related services offered through dupwiz.com. By downloading, installing, or purchasing DupWiz, you agree to these Terms.
Software license
- Free edition: You may use the free version for personal or internal business use subject to feature limits described on our website.
- Pro edition: A one-time purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DupWiz Pro on the number of devices allowed by your license key.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the software except where permitted by applicable open-source licenses for included components.
Purchases and payment
Pro licenses are sold for a one-time fee (currently USD $49 unless otherwise stated on the product page). Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Taxes, receipts, and payment disputes are handled according to Creem’s terms and applicable law.
After a successful purchase, you will receive instructions to activate Pro (for example, a license key by email). It is your responsibility to keep your license key secure.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled in line with Creem’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Contact support@dupwiz.com with your order details if you need help.
Updates and support
Pro licenses include free updates to DupWiz Pro within the same major product line, as described on our website. We provide reasonable support via email at support@dupwiz.com.
Disclaimer
DupWiz is provided “as is”. Duplicate-file deletion is powerful; you are responsible for reviewing selections and maintaining backups. We are not liable for data loss to the extent permitted by law. The software includes backup features, but you should keep your own backups of important data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to DupWiz or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your Pro license in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms or product pricing. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
